…and a brand new degree course. I started MSc Animation and Visualisation on Monday, and this week has mainly been inductions into the various facilities that we will be using over the next twelve months.
In terms of actual work, we had to give a presentation on “Background & Aspiration” on Wednesday morning. It was really fascinating to hear about the backgrounds of the different students, particularly as the ratio of British to non-British students on this course seems to be about 50/50.
My own presentation focused on my graduate film, Innocence. Innocence was a music video to one of my own songs and was conceived with the aim of developing basic skills in every field of CG. The film blog can be found at: innocencefilm.blogspot.com.
